The idea behind MyEquityCafe was simple.

        The housing market had taken a drastic downturn, and the amount of home owners needing to sell their house due to foreclosure, adjustable rates, or any number of reasons had risen drastically. Realtors were overloaded with properties and people needed an alternative solution. We decided to provide a new portal for the home owner to post their property where they can have hundreds of investors and bargain hunters contact them and make them offers instead of just putting it on the MLS and hoping for the best. We are able to marry up the seller with hundreds of potential buyers.

         MyEquityCafe has opened up entrepreneurs and Bargain Hunters to a whole new world of Sellers . Designing their system from the ground up, the co-founders have taken the 19th century MLS and transformed it to the specific needs of 21st century entrepreneurs.

P.S.  We know there are other sites like MEC out there.  The kicker on those sites is the cost.  We intend to keep MEC an open site for posting and searching.
